Wu Shi Jun Quan Feng ( Style) Sereis DVDs

Grandmaster Wu Shi Jun is a famous Chinese martial artist, and a well known nationalwide Wushu Coach and Judge. Old Eight Palms (Basic Eight Palms) was originated by Dong Haichuang of Qing Dynasty and imparted by mater Li Ziming. As the fundamental of Bagua Zhang, it is practiced along a circle consisted with eight steps which stand for the eight diagrams set by ancestor Fu and Xi. They are Qian, Kun, Ji, Li, Zhen, Kan, Xun and Dui. When the Old Eight Palms performed by Wu Shijun, its movements are of primitive style, the elegance of floating cloud and flowing water and the coordination of the body, hands and feet.

Hua Tan palm used to be the routine of Taoist wushu, which belongs to Long Quan style. The main hand form is palm, which needs unfold, light and smart, clear and rapid.
